Shree Bista
CEO/MD
Mr. Shree Bista is a NRN from USA, IT Expert and the co-founder of Gforce Systems & Technologies. Shree brings 17 years of American experience in Information Technology sector. He worked on several major American projects such as EDI/Electronic Fund Transfer, Electronic Check Clearinghouse, Interactive Voice Response, Y2K and data privacy project of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) which was enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1996.
Shree holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, Nebraska, USA and Associate in Applied Science Degree in Computer Programming Technology from Metropolitan Community College, Nebraska, USA and postgraduate degree from University of Nebraska, USA. Shree worked for over nine years in Mutual of Omaha (www.mutualofomaha.com), Nebraska, USA as a Systems Analyst/Software Engineer. Prior to Mutual of Omaha, he worked as a Software Engineer at ITI Telemarketing Inc, Nebraska for three years and as a Computer Lab administrator at Metropolitan Community College for a year. Shree provides the necessary direction and skills to take Gforce Systems on a firm growth path. He is currently based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Mr. David Mansfield
Senior Business Development Director
Mr. David Mansfield is the Senior Business Development Director of Gforce Systems & Technologies Inc. David has over 25 years of experience specializing in applied software development that focuses on business objectives and ROI. Prior to joining the Gforce he worked for the Mutual of Omaha companies for many years.
He developed software programs to scan source code to identify Y2K risk areas. The program scanned millions of lines of code and thus reduced resource requirements there by helping to bring the project in under budget by $500,000. He was involved with improving processes which resulted in reducing the company’s annual desktop software, hardware, and personnel expenses by millions of dollars.
Dave researched, identified, and implemented a software usage monitoring product allowing identification of under-utilized products for removal and license recovery, further reducing software expenses. Over $3.5 million in cost savings/avoidance for years 2003-2005, he was also the IT Asset Manager in charge of desktop software and hardware procurement and a $9 million budget. Came in under budget every year by helping to find savings and improving processes.
Dave had participated in designing integration processes linking multiple systems together (HR, Finance, Security, Asset Management) for better control of assets. He designed the key components for automated software license distribution, reconciliation and harvesting, which saved millions of dollars, and improved the quality and timeliness of software services and customer satisfaction.
